A YAG laser welding machine

YAG laser welding uses high-energy pulse laser to weld the workpiece. It uses pulse xenon lamp as the pump source and nd:yag as the laser working material. The laser power supply first pre ignites the pulse xenon lamp, and discharges the pulse xenon lamp through the laser power supply, so that the xenon lamp generates a light wave with a certain frequency and pulse width. The light wave irradiates the nd:yag laser crystal through the condensing cavity, so as to excite the nd:yag laser crystal to generate a laser, and then generates a pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm after passing through the resonant cavity. The laser is radiated to the workpiece surface after beam expansion, reflection (or optical fiber transmission) and focusing, Make the workpiece locally melt to realize welding. The frequency, pulse width, workbench moving speed and moving direction of pulse laser required during welding can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, and the laser energy can be controlled by adjusting the size of current, laser frequency and pulse width.

advantage:

1: High aspect ratio. The weld is deep and narrow, and the weld is bright and beautiful.

2: Due to the high power density, the melting process is very fast, the input heat of the workpiece is very low, the welding speed is fast, the thermal deformation is small, and the heat affected zone is small.

3: High compactness. In the process of weld formation, the molten pool is constantly stirred, and gas escapes, forming a non porous penetration weld. High cooling rate after welding is easy to refine the weld structure, and the weld has high strength, toughness and comprehensive properties.

Disadvantages:

1. The energy consumption is relatively high and the power consumption is relatively high. The power per hour is 16-18kw

2. The sizes of welding spots are different and uneven

3. Slow welding speed

4. The laser tube should be replaced frequently, about half a year.

Two fiber transmission laser welding machine

Optical fiber transmission laser welding machine is a kind of laser welding equipment that couples the high-energy laser beam into the optical fiber, after long-distance transmission, collimated into parallel light through the collimator, and then focused on the workpiece for welding. For parts that are difficult to be accessed by welding, flexible transmission non-contact welding has greater flexibility. The laser beam of optical fiber transmission laser welding machine can realize the splitting of light in time and energy, and can process multiple beams at the same time, which provides conditions for more precise welding.

advantage:

1. Optical fiber transmission laser welding machine is equipped with CCD camera monitoring system, which is convenient for observation and precise positioning.

2. The spot energy of the optical fiber transmission laser welding machine is evenly distributed and has the best spot required for welding characteristics.

3. The optical fiber transmission laser welding machine is suitable for various complex welds, spot welding of various devices, and seam welding of thin plates within 1mm.

4. The optical fiber transmission laser welding machine adopts the ceramic focusing cavity 

imported from Britain, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. The cavity life is (8-10) years, and the xenon lamp life is more than 8million times.

5. Special automatic chemical fixture can be customized to realize mass production of products.

Disadvantages:

1. High energy consumption and electricity consumption. The power consumption is about 10 per hour

3. It is difficult to realize deep welding due to shallow penetration

Three fiber laser welding machine

Fiber laser welding machine is a continuous laser directly produced by high-power fiber laser, which is different from pulse laser and has stable performance. Good light

Disadvantages:
