UV laser marking machine is also called ultraviolet laser marking machine, which belongs to the series of laser marking machines, but it is developed with 355nm ultraviolet laser and adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with the infrared laser, the 355nm ultraviolet light has a very small focusing spot, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of the material and the processing heat effect is small. Different from the evaporation of the surface material produced by the long-wave laser to expose the deep material, the effect of the UV laser marking machine is to directly break the molecular chain of the material through the short-wave laser to reveal the pattern and text to be etched.
