What is Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine?

Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine uses pulsed laser beams to remove contaminants, rust, coatings or other substances from the surface of objects. It works by emitting short and intense pulses of laser light that hit the surface and interact with the contaminants, causing them to evaporate or break away.

Advantages:
● Non-contact cleaning: eliminating the need for physical contact that could potentially damage the surface being cleaned. This makes it suitable for delicate or sensitive materials.
● Precision: It can remove contaminants without affecting the surrounding areas, ensuring a high level of control and minimal damage.
● Fast and efficient:capable of quickly removing various types of contaminants, such as rust, paint, or dirt. It offers a high cleaning quality, leaving the surface clean and free of residue.
● Environmental sustainability:No chemical cleaning agent is required and no cleaning waste liquid is produced. Pollutant particles and gases generated during the laser cleaning process can be simply collected and purified by a portable exhaust fan to avoid environmental pollution.
● Low maintenance cost:There is no consumable consumption during the use of the laser cleaning machine, and the operating cost is low. In the later stage, only the lens needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly. The maintenance cost is low and it is close to maintenance-free.

Applications:
● Aerospace: For cleaning aircraft components, engines, and landing gear.
● Mining and Oil & Gas: Removing dirt, scale, and corrosion from drilling equipment, pipes, and storage tanks.
● Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing: Cleaning PCBs to remove flux residues and other contaminants.
● Glass and Ceramics:Removing stains, coatings, and dirt from glass, ceramics, and ceramic coatings.
● Research and Laboratories: Cleaning lab equipment, samples, and surfaces without using chemicals.
● Power Generation: Maintaining and cleaning power plant components such as turbines and generators.
● Architecture and Construction: Restoring and cleaning historical buildings, facades, and architectural elements.
● Medical Device Manufacturing: Sterilizing and cleaning medical equipment without damage.
